Aaaaargh
After fermenting and secondary fermenting in a barrel and started conditioning my belloved Wherry kit . I thought I would tease myself with a quick whiff of wherry.
The word Im looking for ends in eaither ollox or ugger I cant decide which.
Its Thinner than a size zero model and about as hoppy as a roadkill rabbit....
Im not impressed.
I think its as much my fault. It stopped after 4 days and I assumed it was finnished I didnt take a reading, and I think the overly sweeness of the brew is the give away That the ferment had stuck not stopped when I barreled it up.
