Clarity and Cornies

Post by mattamyg » Fri Aug 08, 2008 5:06 pm

Hi Guys

I have two brews fermenting to put into my two new cornies.

How clear does it have to be, I intend on force carbonating and leaving them in a fridge as I have the space.

One is brew buddy cider the other is coopers pilsner.

Once it carbonated and left for a couple of weeks, will any sediment stay on the bottom? or does pressuring stir it all up each time?

thanks

Matt

The sediment wont get stired up unless you move the keg about - if you dont put bright beer into a cornie then first firt 2 pints might come out a bit cloudy but that should clear up.
