youngs larger, problem?

made up my first kit on tuesday night and it looked like it was off to a good start. bubbled up nicely with a 2inch layer of foamy head. gravity was 148 @30oC which is 151-2 i think @20oC cooled down to 20oC overnight and airlock was still bubbling nicely. checked this morning and its down to 1012@20oC but there is v.little activity from the airlock and only a little foam in the center. is this right for 36 hours in to the fermenting? or has it stuck :(? or worse?

30C is on the high side for fermenting. Take a gravity reading again and if it hasn't moved within 48 hours of pitching the yeast I would re-pitch some fresh yeast at the correct temp i.e <25C.

FYI, no airlock activity doesn't neccesarily mean it isn't fermenting

EDIT - Never mind, just re-read your post and it looks like it is fermenting, just keep it below 25C and leave it for around 10 days then transfer it to keg or bottles.
