Well, she's kegged up and sat in the corner in the warm for the next few days then it's off up to the nice cool bedroom (let's hope I don't start sleep-drinking and spoil it!).

Managed to get almost the full 5 gallon into my second tub without ANY sediment - was quite surprised how easy that turned out to be. Those little plastic sediment trap jobbies at the end of the siphon do their job admirably! Tapped it into the final keg from there and there wasn't a drop of sediment in sight (except for the ale still being a bit cloudy, but that's going to clear during conditioning).

Well, now that's done with - I've got two weeks to plan my next brew before I pick up the pieces and get stuck in, and I can't wait! (The process is almost as enjoyable as the product, if not moreso!)
