Norfolk Nog and S-04

So, bottled my Nog yesterday evening. Re-checked the FG which came out again at 1.014, so that gives an ABV or some 4.1%. Got 37 pint bottles out of the bucket and it's now in the kitchen to begin conditioning. Then into the garage for another 4 weeks. After that I'll try one and see how it's come out. Fingers crossed!
