Does this sound OK?

My Norfolk Nog says keep warm at 18-20c, but its been at between 22-24c. Do you think that will be OK? I have had to use a heat belt for now and have just adjusted it to lower the temp a fraction. The mass of froth has now died down and it is starting to smell like beer instead of treacle.

Look forward to hearing from you.

cheers

It should be fine as long as you keep it around 18-20C now. :)
Good luck with your brew! Hope it tastes good

I'd say 22C is no porblem at all. 24C is a tad warm but it's unlikely to have done any harm. As Benson says just keep it a bit lower now and I reckon you'll have no problem.
