Fermenting Stuck???
How do i know if the fermentation has stuck? I have a brubox kit which requires you to have a tube coming off an open tap at the top and into a bottle of water creating an airlock. Sunday was the birth of my ale. Monday we had a lot of air coming up through the air lock. Tuesday we dont have any air coming through. The temp is at 22c but if this went up slightly could it have gotten to hot an killed the yeast. I can how ever still see bubbles rising in the fv. What do you guys think?
