Post by psd123 » Fri Jan 16, 2009 11:24 am

Hi,

Have made Coopers Stout a couple of times with dry dark spray malt but have bought a can of Coopers Dark Malt Extract this time as well as a can of Coopers Dark Ale and Coopers Stout, can anybody tell me how much of the liquid malt extract i would need for each kit as i cannot find any info regarding this?

Cheers Paul

Put this in a barrel with some primeing sugar, tasted a little and seems nice, need to try and leave for a few weeks now. Just started a new kit from the coopers web site, Coopers draught lager with kit enhancer and golden syrup, not sure how this is going to turn out as it seems almost as active as the stout, coming out of the top of the fermenter.
