Sounds fine to me, you'll end up around the 4%abv mark depending on the final gravity.

I made a simular Brew last year, I used youngs Bitter kit , But I have to be honest I got them cheap from the Local Homebrew shop that was closing down and They were out of dat by 6 months, But I have got to be honest , although I am a NOOB to the Homebrew Scene, I put some Fuggles pellets in mine and Also 100% Brown Sugar, had readings of about 1050 but the taste was awesome, I have since tried to replicate the same, But it isnt as Good, Perhaps because the syrup was Out of date, Who knows.

Absolutely, although I'd be interested to hear what taste notes the pudding sugar adds to the brew. :-s ;)

It should be nice, I've used sbs when I didn't have any spray malt and the results were....interesting :) Quite a bit of residual sweetness, iirc.
