My brewferm ambriox kit has been fermenting for 7 days now, Og was 1.060 and now its reading 1.010.
i am using a corney keg and force corbonating so i would like to know a couple of things;

1, SHOULD I RACK TO A SECOND FV, IF SO SHOULD I DO IT NOW?
2,IF I RACK TO 2nd FV HOW LONG FOR AND DO I KEEP MY EMERSION HEATER IN THE BREW, OR LET IT SIT COOL?

Some people on here do, some don't. Personally I don't; I just transfer from the FV straight to the cornie and force carb. The first pint or so may be a bit cloudy, but it puts hairs on your chest :) After that it clears up a treat 8)
