Ive just bottled a batch of Brewferm's Ambiorix. Anyone else who's done this remember what it looked like when bottling it? I poured myself a sample glass and it tasted fine, bit too early to tell really but its certainly not infected so im happy enough but it looks like a batch of muddy pond water!! Have i done summat wrong or is this quite normal, ive never seen a beer look like that before, proper murky ! Maybe itll settle out? Also didnt appear to be many bubbles, am I relying on a secondary ferment to give me good head?
