On my 3rd brew. Trying Muntons Smugglers Premium Ale (5%!!). After my 1st two brews got to 1016 within 8 to 10 days (woodfordes), this one is 1020 after 9 days. Already stirred after 7 days when 1022, but still seems too high. Shall I just leave for the two weeks and have another low alchohol beer or do I need to pitch more yeast? Temperature been best ever at 19 - 22 constant.
