Another Cooper Stout success

Well the Coopers is but one week old in the bottle and it tastes awesome. I have read so many people waxing lyrical about it on this site but even then wasn't expecting to taste this good, thanks for the encouragement to pick up this kit.

Some advice for new brewers worrying about an apple taste after primary fermentation, I worried about this brew for the very same reason, great news, a week down the line and it's gone. Happy days !!

The Milestone Black Pearl Stout was also really nice but maybe a look at the Coopers soon!

My 2 week bottled Coopers Stout taste pretty fine even out of the 2L plastic coke bottles :)
I actually like how its not too strong (made with 1KG DSM) so I can drink more of it :)
