Any one tryed Honley Mild?
Re: Any one tryed Honley Mild?
Never heard of it. Where did you find it/hear about it? If it's a kit I've never heard of I must have one ?
Re: Any one tryed Honley Mild?
It's a brupaks kit... here's the link:

Re: Any one tryed Honley Mild?
I've made the Honley Mild... to be honest, I didn't think it was anything special.
I reckon the Geordie Mild I'm drinking now, made up with spraymalt and some grain/hop additions, is a nicer drink.

Re: Any one tryed Honley Mild?
Thanks for the tip - I poo-pooed the Geordie Mild kits due to their cost and I was wrong. Have put away the first one (kit knocked together with Geordie Beer Enhancer) and it was a great session ale. If Brupaks are twice the price and no better then I'll stick with Geordie!sparky Paul wrote:I've made the Honley Mild... to be honest, I didn't think it was anything special.
