will this bottle rinser work with 1 ltr pets, i dont use glass bottles
bottling...
Re: bottling...
it doesnt work with 1 litre pets unfortunately. Im still in the process of lookin for a suitable way of converting it. In theory all it needs is a washer or something simlar that will go over the top of the white squirter column down the middle that is wider than a 1 litre pet top. As you push the bottle down the washer would stop the bottle going straight over the top of the column and not working. Basically the neck on a pet bottle is wider than the widest part of that central column so it just goes straight over the top of it. Im sure i will find a suitable washer if i search hard enough but I rarely use them to be honest so it hasnt been too much of an issue for me.
anyone else already solved this? Im surprised the manufacturer hasnt thought of it, maybe you could email them?

Re: bottling...
also the rinser the you have pictured clips into the bottle tree. Im not sure how stable it would be without that extra support? Probably be ok its just the bottle tree stops it from moving around as you push your bottle down onto the jet column.
Re: bottling...
Hi I have done a few searches to find Chris-x1's explanation but I am either a, thick - b, an idiot or c, not looking in the right place.RatboyOllie wrote: Then I bought a bottle tree, a little bottler and a bottle of starsan after reading Chris-x1's explanation in the faq section on here, cheers by the way!!
Seriously its amazing. Its so much easier its quite untrue, rinsing/sanitising in one go and then leaving to drain on the bottle tree is just so much easier. Then using the little bottler to fill and a bog standard dual lever crown capper to cap. Dare I say it, I actually enjoyed it !!
The cleaning/sanitising of the bottles does do my nut in and am looking to get a bottle rinser/tree to make life so much easier.
Question about the rinser though. Can I fill it with some type of none rinse solution then just stick it on the tree to dry and away you go? As most of the sanitisers I have used before say you need to leave the solution in the bottle for 10-20 mins before rinsing.
Cheers
Mark
Re: bottling...
apparently Star-San made to the correct dilution is no-rinse so you do as you say.....
