Always have a spare yeast handy

Hello. I just wanted to echo a tip I read on 1800feet.com ,about always having a spare yeast sachet around, saved me yesterday. I had a Nelsons revenge in the f.v, and the yeast in a mug on the side re-hydrating. Turned round to grab the mug, and knocked it onto the floor, nightmare. Grabbed the spare yeast from the cupboard, and sprinkled it on. Saved me a trip out to the local shop.
