hi people,
I am just wondering what i can do with a coopers lager kit to improve on it in taste,i mean the kit is great as is and it is my 3rd time doing a coopers the first one i done with 500g of dme and the next one was with muntons enhancer,but this time i could get hold of any spray malt and could only get brewing sugar.
So is the anything i can add just out of interest if you know what i mean?

you could search` dry hopping` on here. ive just done a couple of experiments with a `hop tea`added to lager kits but its too early to tell
what sort of difference it makes. or...you could use a lager specific yeast and brew for longer at a lower temperature which i have yet to try,
but from what ive read on here is the way forward with lager kits.

well cheers, i did looking to dry hopping after leaving the post and ended up ordering 1kg of light spray malt and some STYRIAN GOLDINGS PELLETS from hop and grape so i give that a try,i am looking forward to it.
