I done a Norfolk Nog a while back & thought it was excellent dark & tasty, I brewed it as per instructions except I used a Safale S-04 yeast & it was as clear as a bell, just give it time .I got the 3kg kit, Norfolk nog, wondered what you chaps thought of it, and any suggestions? as I've not yet started it, I've been told it can be cloudy, does this matter?

i did a coopers stout with a can of coopers dark malt turned out very nice indeed possibly even better if i did not drink it all in about 3 weeks
ipa and real ale bottled very nice drinks
stout and dark ale are the dogs you know whats with medium spray malt.
got a keg of each on the go and keep swopping over letting the other mature i bit longer before swopping back , that reminds me must fill a glass of dark ale byeeee
