I have a brew of EDME German Style Lager @ 1st stage fermentation

now what I was thinking was to

Wait till I have steady readings for a few days then add it too a barrel with out any priming sugar for a few days then add it too bottles with priming sugar in a week.

so it has cleared a bit more so I don't get as much sediment in the bottles

would this work?
