This time I used 1kg medium spraymalt instead of kit enhancer. the foam has come through the airlock hole in the lid (didn;t bother using the airlock), the cling film is what I place over it, to cover the hole. 24 hours later and boom! I just cleaned it up with kitchen towel and have left it alone. I could almost hear it growling at me!
So, their Bitter does it too, eh? Coopers; Great beer. But, first? Terrific entertainment!
