Coopers Bitter lively (with pic)

Here is my second Coopers Bitter in the F.V, or, out of it !
This time I used 1kg medium spraymalt instead of kit enhancer. the foam has come through the airlock hole in the lid (didn;t bother using the airlock), the cling film is what I place over it, to cover the hole. 24 hours later and boom! I just cleaned it up with kitchen towel and have left it alone. I could almost hear it growling at me!

so does thier Draught. was having a chuck (playing darts) in the spare room and my ferming bin nearly attacked me! good olde cooeprs!

Rather that than the feeble 'parp' of a Muntons fermentation! Give me a 'trouser tearer' over a 'parp' any day :wink:
