evenin,
dont want to hijack this thread but i also have this same problem, ive done a coopers brewmaster wheat beer and it tastes superb, comes out of the top tap keg very quickly, pretty much a pint of foam but settles down nicely and like i say the taste is great, but its as flat as a pancake. It fermented for 10 days, i primed and transferred to keg and left in same temp (22oC) for another week, then stuck it in the garage and have left alone for a good couple of months. Tried some a week ago and it was flat so I have put some more co2 in there via hambleton cylinder, only a 1 second blast 3 times over the last week. ive just poured another 2 pints of foam, let them settle out and its still flat as a pancake, not a single bubble in sight, its properly flat flat?
What did i do wrong? Does it have to be left somewhere colder than garage temps even to carbonate properly? Bit frustrating coz i never seem to have this trouble when i bottle, but my last 2 kegged brews have been properly flat!
Please help, my bank holiday is flatter than flat!
cheers
