coopers a.p.a and MORGANS FINISHING HOPS GOLDINGS dry hop

i am going to dry hop for the first time i have purchased the above hop pellets. i would like to have more bitterness in my beer as from previous coopers kits have noticed there isnt really any bitterness except form the brewmaster pilsner which i thought tasted like an ale rather than a lager and i think the best kit i have made up till now. anyhow for extra bitternes how would i apply the hops steep and add during brew or leave and add near the end of fermentation period? any replys would be much apreciated thanks.

I have added hops to kits by putting them in the hop bag then putting boiling water in the kit can and steeping the hops for 15mins, which has worked well. I have never dry hopped, but from what I have read I would be more inclined to do this if I was kegging as this seems to reduce the hop taste. Just bought a keg so will be finding out soon enough................

Late/dry hops are added mainly for aroma rather than bitterness. To extract the bitterness, a long boil is required (typically 90 minutes).
