2 can extract kits

Just wondering with the 2 can kits are both cans hopped or is one hopped and the other just a plain liquid malt extract?

the two cans are identical, both hopped. i know this for certain cos i split a midas touch kit and made up one can as per recipe and one can with some extra malt added and a different yeast used.
