mineral water and sugar?

is it okay to use mineral water when making home brew?. also what is the exact difference between brewing sugar and normal sugar?

That depends on the mineral water. TBH tap water is just as good (and probably has less nasties in it).

Brewers Sugar is Glucose, which is immediately fermentable. Household sugar is Sucrose. The yeast needs to break this down (each molecule of Sucrose is split into one molecule of Glucose and one molecule of Fructose IRC) before it can ferment it.
