hello all, im currently brewing coopers european lager and would like to know if it is ok to use youngs finings with this?. the finings is like a gel and would like to know if im meant to use the whole satchet?
Why would you want to, it will drop clear on it's on, mine has been bottled 3 weeks now and it's totally clear. I have yet to use finings on anything.
