Reducing pressure of my brew in Corni.

I have a Wherry 2 months in corni, it is coming out with so much head that is taking ages to pull a pint, do I release all that built up carbonation and risk having to add CO2 later on?

There's nothing wrong with having to had CO2 later on. You're like to have to do that anyway if you drink more than a pint at a time.
