Fizzy piss water!!

I'm about to order a load of stuff to keep me busy. and I'm itching to get my 2 nd kit on !!!

first 2 are easy choices a ditchs stout and another coopers euro. The theory is if I get 3 kits done 1 after the other then the coopers might actually last the 12 weeks its supposed too!!!

the 3rd choice is the difficult 1 the mrs thought the euro was drinkable but not as nice as miller

So any recommendations on a kit that produces something similar ???

TBH thats something I've never tasted!!!!

I tried miller again for the first time in years the other week (it was cheap in asbo) and couldnt believe i used to drink the stuff, but to keep SWMBO happy gotta make her something to sup at too and thats what she wants

I've done a Coopers Cerveza which is not too bad, well best lager i've made..

Got the pilsner malt and hops to do an AG, but need to sort out a chilled FV before I start on that..

Coopers are good, you'll be fine with that.

What would you compare the cerveza too??

It was on the list till the mrs opened her gob, Oh and does it have a lager yeast like the euro??

Erm.. Sol, Corona... defo worth a shout for a kit lager tho.. nice when chilled

I like the Coopers Pilsner, That is worth a go, I use light spray malt for the FV and Priming.

I would condition in bottles to get the fizz.
