Muntons last stand.

OK so I know I said never again..

and, I know I cursed it up and down and sideways for sticking and taking nearly a MONTH to ferment out

and I was going to pour it through Mr muntons letterbox..

and I know I said "nothing but coopers from now on" [-X .

But, well... the Smugglers special matured well and tasted absobloominlootleefantastik, and it was STRONG too :?

So now I have drunk it all I suppose I had better apologize and make another.

Ahem, sorry for moaning...it was luverly...

Glad to hear it worked out okay :D . I said much the same and then went and made a Wherry, which despite my worst fears fermented out fully! It too taste tastes pretty good. =D>

Thanks Jerry,
I am hoping now that the weathers warmer things may go a bit smoother.

I must rig up an insulated brewing box before next winter.

The Smugglers I made was the best I've tasted by far.
