Just bottled my coopers stout and about to get everything ready to stick on a mexican. Now I have a euro sitting and a mexican, now the euro is supposed to have a true lager yeast but I dont know about the mex so assumed I would have 2 differing yeasts after doing the stout...
But the 2 yeast packets are the same so 2 options
1 the mex has the same yeast as the euro
2 I've used the euro's lager yeast in the stout!!!
ah whats a coopers stout likely to taste like with a lager yeast ????

It fermented out okay to 1010 with medium spray malt.. Tasted alright out of the FV if a little sweet but I put that down to the priming sugar.
And before anyone says about having the 3 kits open, that was due to a very inquisitive toddler the day the parcel arrived!!!!
