hi all just surfing the net and came across thishttp://www.beer-pages.com/notes/country ... en&page=12its a review of norfolk nog i brewd this a while back and very nice it was too but it never said to leave it to matue for a year any body matured thers for a year Ive got a few bottles stashed away for Christmas maybe i should leave them a bit longer

I'd have them at Christmas mate, they wont mature much past then.
remember they are reviewing a commercial beer, not a kit brew.
