My last kit is a Tom Caxton dark real ale, it's only been in the bottle for a week but had a taster on sunday and tastes lovely allready so looks like being a good one.

If you like Wheat beers then the Coopers Brewmaster wheat is very good and tastes good within a couple of weeks of bottling. I'm currently fermenting the fixby gold for my 30th Birthday party. Hopefully it will stand up to all your recommendations.

I forgot to mention what type of beers i like. I'am mainly a stout and bitter kinda guy. But i like a lot of beer. One of fav bottled ones is waggle dance. I would also like a light beer stely like budwiser(and the abilty yp spell). Iam not a big lager drinker.

If you want a lighter style of ale then try Coopers Australian Pale Ale made with 1kg of Beer kit enhancer...

Lovey crisp and refreshing (especialy if brewed cooler than Coopers recomend) try fermenting at 18-20C it should ferment out using the kit yeast in about 6 days...

Bottle it (prime according to instructions) and after 2-3 weeks is very drinkable with a tight foamy head and a nice amount of fizz (not too much)

:)
My friends rave about it !

As you mention you're a stout guy, you can't really go wrong with the famous 'Ditch's Stout' - standard Coopers Australian Stout kit made up with with 1kg medium spraymalt instead of sugar.

It makes a great beer, really simple to make and tastes lovely. The yeast that Coopers package is foolproof, too - very effervescent (watch for overflows) and will ferment out in a couple of days. I always leave it in the FV for a week or so though.
