Ditch's/Coopers Stout - 6 months old

Sorry just have to share this this is soooooooooooooooooo good. It is really worth putting a few bottles away in a cool dark place and forgetting it for 6 months. It has matured really well and has quite a complex but subtle bitter caramel flavour with unbelievably a soft Irish coffee finish

Off to the shed to get another

Cheers

Randomly had a bottle of 4 month old wheat beer tonight thinking it was my woodfordes wherry. I drank the rest in the thirst couple of months when it tasted like crap larger. Tonight it was awesome! Have to remember what make it was and get another brew on.

Got a tin of this yesterday and I'm going to do it for my Dad for Christmas. I'm sure it won't disappoint after reading the reviews here. :D

I don't tend to touch stout but I may just share one with him on Christmas day to see what it's like.
