Caramel flavour kit?

Can anyone recommend me a beer kit with a strong caramel flavour?

Beer is perfect for me as I love malt and caramel but I'm not keen on sweet things Would it help caramelising spraymalt in a pan and making a kit with that or will that not be a good flavour after fermentation?

I've tried making a Geordie Lager kit with Crystal Malt but it wasn't a strong enough flavour for me.

i made a geordie scotish export using something like 350g cane sugar 150g honey and 500g dark treacle our lass tried it the other day and the first thing she said was oooh it tastes like caramel
