Coopers Lager

Post by garwatts » Sun Nov 01, 2009 3:52 pm

I did a Coopers Lager kit on 21st Oct with 500g of DME and 500g of brewers sugar. Hopped with a 30g Styrians tea. OG 1.063 FG 1.006 (Used less water  ). Have been chilling now for about 3 days at 5C. My question is how long should it take to clear? Tastes fine but still 'misty' :?

You'll notice a difference in a couple of weeks. The taste will improve the longer you leave it though.
