I think pubs have a far easier job controlling the temperature in a brick built cellar where ales are kept at 10-14C compared to an un-insulated timber garden shed where temperatures dropped to freezing point and below last February.Ditch wrote:A cold shed's just the job, mate. Good point. I'd completely forgotten about those things.
