Coopers Austrailian Lager

Post by Bukowski » Tue Dec 01, 2009 10:48 pm

Hello!

I'm new to this forum and I'm a complete novice in home brewing.
Yesterday I received a Coopers Micro-Brewery with the Austrailian Lager. Everything has been fine so far but I'm a bit confused at what temperature is best to brew at.

I've read that 25 degrees is ideal but keeping it lower at around 19 is better for lager. I keep getting different answers. At the moment it's sitting at 20 degrees. Is this far too low? It's really difficult to keep it warmer since we're hitting -5 outside at the moment.

Thanks!
