Hi!

I couldn't resist trying a bottle and crcked one open yesterday... Its been 10 days since I bottled and I know its not nealry enough time...

I'm pretty pleased! :)

good carbonation & head retention for such a short conditioning period it has nice lagery flavour not too malty not too thin
it could be my imagination but there is a slight sulfury smell flavour...

My mate Roger cant taste or smell it but he smokes so I'm not sure... Its not unpleasant but I'm hoping it will clear after about another 3 weeks in the bottle...

I'm storing it in my outhouse where the temprature is about 2-3 degrees C at the moment...

Hi!

yes it does....
so nows the time to give making a lager a try if you've everbeen tempted!
:D

I'm hopeful the sulfury nose will disapate over time and the bubbles become more compact... :=P
