I used to make caxtons regularly as it was easy to get hold of. not too a bad kit as they go. If you can't get spray malt or beer enhancer use an unrefined cane sugar, its in the cake section normally.

After making a wherry kit though I never went back.

But there is always the dark side...

PS the hop sachet thing, all is really hoppy I added about half usually
