Saturday Night Take Away

I'm off to a friends on Saturday night and want to take some of my beer which is clear and sat in kegs with me to save buying bottles. I could just decant it into PET bottles on the day but if i did it now and added some sugar would the pressure have built up by Saturday? Also when decanting it should i just pour as normal through the tap or degass, syphon and then regas?

hmm all my kegs are top tap is that a problem?
