If your a student and want cheap tastless alcohol then just buy White Lightning Cider :wink: :wink:

Dont know much about Lager kits but Coopers seem to be regarded ok??

Certainly use lager yeast - even if your brewing at higher temperatures. Buy the most expensive kit & you won't be dissapointed.

so would a larger yeast (salagar 04) work ok at 21c?? or should i stick with the yeast that comes with the kit?
