Muntons gold IPA

Hi folks,

Had this kit fermenting in primary for 7 days now. Seemed to get going well enough (OG 1040) but just checked with hydrometer and only 1018! No sign of bubbles in air lock for days now.

Used Safeale S-04 rehydrated before pitching, wort well areated too. However, been a bit of a cold spell here, and so temp been around 15 celcius, 18 at most. Could yeast have gone dormant?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
