just started a fixby gold as my secong kit, i am following daabs instructions and up to now just rehydrating the yeast to make the starter altough i wont be leaving it a couple of days, gonna make the starter then get on with the rest of it

so it doesnt really matter if i only make the starter up then use it an hour later then

well i havent bothered with the brupacks yeast, i ordered and have used some safale 04, i will keeo the brupacks yeast for emergency use for somethinig else, maybe another T/C, anyway i will keep this updated with pics

What volume are you boiling there PB?

just cracked open a bottle of my fixby gold for a first taste, its been priming for one week, it tastes good, but it has no head
