Hi Bossman
I fermented at between 11-13 deg c. Took about two weeks to get down to fg but the end product tastes like lager not a lager/ale hybrid. Well worth the extra time and hassle. :D

ah ok, did you use any kind of temperature controlle? or just put in shed? lol
Im thinking of starting one of them mexican ones in ext few weeks but i dont have any temperature control so not sure if using larger ale is wise in my case.

cheers

I'm gonna use Saflager s23 when I do both my Cerveza brews.

Thanks Legless for the PM :D

If the kits taste crap then I'll not do them again and stick to Ale!
