I have the following kits. Which ones would you replace the yeast with saflager yeast:
1 Brewferm Pils
2 John Bull Masterclass Export Pils
3 Coopers Mexican
4 Black Rock Pils
5 Muntons Connoisseur Export Pils
6 Coopers Bavarian

This may seem like an obvious question. How do i know what type of yeast is supplied? If nothing is stated on the instructions, should i assume that if the recommended temperature for brewing is 18C+ that ale yeast is supplied.
