one of my hb shops are gonna get hold of some yeast vit for me, what sizes does it come in, it wont be in time for this brew but at least ill have some for next time, should i go for the yeast vit or dry beer enzyme

is it best to use yeast vit with all brews at the time of yeast pitching and airating then or not??

Can't hurt - I normally chuck a teaspoon of yeast vit salt into every batch - most of my beers seem to ferment out within 48 - 72 hours.

im really not happy with this brewferm kit, its tastes really thin and lifeless at the moment and still stuck on 1020 after 7 days and a repitch, i know this beer is meant to be a bit cloudy but this just looks very cloudy

cheers mate, i have some glass beer bottles spare so i will use those, i will bottle at weekend
