My fixby gold is stuck at 1013 sg and was just wondering if ive got this down far enough. It was stuck at 1020 and after a stir or three there was activity in the yeast again, but seems have got no further.
The kit that idea is 1010, but 1015 is ok, id like to get it too 1010 if poss.
Any suggestions, another stir perhaps it has been in the fermenter now for 7 days, and i dont really want to disturb it more than neccessary.

my thought was that is had probably gone far enough, i dont want to meddle too much as it might introduce bacteria. ill rack it at the weekend.cheers daabDaaB wrote:You could try adding a little Brupaks Yeast-Vit (nutrient) but I would have thought most of the fermentable sugars are gone now.
