hello
a friend is brewing munton's continental lager but hydrometer reading is stuck at 1020 for a few days,1 week after starting kit. should he expect a greater drop and he is still in primary .
also, i am brewing muntons wheatbeer atm 1 week into primary ,reading 0f 1014. if get same reading tomorrow should i put into secondary, or is secondary needed for wheatbeers?.
do you recommend dme or glucose when bottling(for wheatbeer or ales) and what quantity should i use if i use bottling bin for bottling.
cheers
