Can I bottle today?

I have a brupaks fixby that is at 1014 it has a 50% covering of small bubbles on surface and a bubble will break surface now and again, it has been in fermenter for 8 days, is it ok to bottle with half a teaspoon of brewing sugar now? Thanks :?
