I dry hopped mine with saaz, but the finished product had an haze issue which I think had something to do with dry hopping

Cheers Danny,

this is my third kit and I would like to have a play with some hops or pellets. Was the taste improved and how much did you add?

Dry hopping can cause haze.
I'm just here for the beer.

Is it worth it in terms of taste?

I usually dry hop kits with pellet hops (for example 25g or so of Citra pellets in a 40 pint Wherry kit). I chuck them in loose once FG is reached, leave it there for 5 days, and the hop matter settles at the bottom. After kegging using isinglass finings I get no problems with haze.
