Can I ask about wine here ?

Its just that my sister has bought me a youngs red wine starter kit for my birthday and I've no idea what to do with it ! :oops:

Well there is a section for other brews and several members are also wine makers so someone who knows (not me :wink: ) will be along to help I'm sure...

Exchange it for a proper wine kit, ive done a few wine kits for the missus, so she doesnt moan too much about me brewing beer, and I find that its only the mid to high cost kits are worth drinking, and to be honest ( i know that I am now exposing my self to derision here) the mid to top end wine kits can be superb.
